Measure around your waist at navel height, standing relaxed (don't suck in). If you fall between sizes, go by the measurement rather than your jeans size. The lever's multiple holes give you room to adjust on either side of your measurement.

Build a belt that is unmistakably yours. Start with the same belt we make for every lifter who trains with us: high quality cowhide leather, cut at full thickness and stitched in our own factory. Then make it your own. Add your name, your gym or your club, printed on the lever plate or across the back panel where it sits against your lower back. For the leather, choose any color in the Pantone Matching System: give us the Pantone code (for example Pantone 186 C) or describe the color and we will match it to the closest Pantone shade.
The result is a belt nobody else in the room is wearing.
Choose your thickness
The 10mm is the belt for regular gym training. It braces firmly but still lets you move through a full session of squats, presses and accessory work without fighting you for room to breathe. For most lifters training several days a week, this is the one.
The 13mm is built for competition. It is stiffer, it braces harder, and it gives powerlifters and weightlifters the rigid surface needed to drive into on a maximal attempt. It takes longer to break in and it asks more of you, which is exactly what you want when the weight is at your limit.
Quick release lever
The lever opens the moment your set ends and closes just as fast when you are ready to go again. No prong to wrestle through stiff leather while you are still catching your breath. It is adjustable too, so the belt follows your bodyweight through a training cycle or a change in weight class and returns to the same tension every time you shut it.
Leather that lasts
Real cowhide behaves differently from the bonded material used in cheap belts. It is firm for the first few sessions, then it molds to your torso and holds that shape. A belt like this improves through its first year and keeps working for many more after that.
