      • Which thickness should I choose?

        10mm suits most lifters: it breaks in faster and stays comfortable for a full session. 13mm is the thickest most powerlifting federations allow and gives the stiffest brace for heavy squats.

      • How do I find my size?

        Measure around your waist at navel height, standing relaxed, and match the centimetres: S 65–80, M 72.5–90, L 80–100, XL 87.5–110, 2XL 95–120, 3XL 102.5–130. Go by the tape, not your jeans size.

      • How fast will I get my belt?

        Free standard shipping to every US address. Orders process in 1–2 business days and deliver in 3–7 business days by USPS or UPS. Tracking is emailed when your belt ships.

        Unused belts in resalable condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If a belt arrives defective or we made a mistake, we cover the return shipping.
